Terms and Conditions

As each Puffin Print product is custom made to each customer’s order we unfortunately cannot offer a refund unless the product does not match the order or is faulty.

If your order does not match your order please contact us so that we can arrange returning your products.

Please remember that whilst we endeavour to make sure your product is as accurate as possible, quantities and paper weights are subject to a 10% margin of error. Print sizes are subject to 3mm margin of error on each edge.

Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to delivery goods nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer. Unless specifically agreed, all invoices are payable immediately.

Should different payment terms be agreed and the customer does not make full and final payment within those terms then Puffin Print reserves the right to pass this debt to a third party for collection. Should this debt be passed to a third party then any fees incurred will be passed on to the customer.

Whilst we endeavour to stick to our quoted turnaround times please be aware that we are very rarely subject machinery failure, spikes in business levels or other unexpected events which may cause us to deliver goods later than our quoted turnaround. Whilst we will try to let customers know if their canvas may be late we
can unfortunately not offer refunds.

Customers are required to obtain any permissions required to reproduce their images and are liable for any action taken against Puffin Print for reproducing images on the customers behalf.

Failure to provide an image in the correct aspect ratio for the size of canvas or photo print ordered may result in your image being cropped at our discretion, we will endeavour to do this in a manner that preserves the main focus of the photograph.

In extreme cases one of our staff will contact you to discuss alternative sizes.
